Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in South Jordan with a hybrid work setup. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications across both frontend and backend systems. You will own the reliability, performance, and usability of full-stack features, ensuring high-quality, production-ready software delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Frontend Development (React): Design and maintain responsive user interfaces, implement reusable components, optimize performance, and collaborate with design and product teams.

• Backend Development (Python & Node.js): Build scalable backend services, implement APIs, manage authentication and data security, and ensure reliability.

• API Design & Integration: Define API contracts, integrate third-party services, manage data consistency, and troubleshoot integration issues.

• Data Handling & Persistence: Design databases, implement efficient queries and data models, ensure data integrity, and support transactional and analytical use cases.

• Performance & Scalability: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize caching and data loading, ensure system scalability, and monitor production environments.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, enforce code quality standards, perform debugging, and maintain reliability and maintainability.

• DevOps & Deployment: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized environments, handle deployment workflows, and support staging and production infrastructure.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development or similar roles

• Proven ability to deliver production-ready features covering both frontend and backend systems

• Strong proficiency with version control (Git) and code review practices

• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to effectively validate AI-assisted coding outputs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure

• Experience using containerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD

• Passion for optimizing application performance across the stack
