Janitor

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. Key duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash bins, and performing other general janitorial tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
