Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.

• Take customer orders efficiently and ensure accuracy.

• Answer customer inquiries about menu items or promotions.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service area.

• Follow safety and sanitary procedures as outlined by company standards.

• Handle transactions using the point-of-sale system.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.

• Assist with opening or closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
