Entry Level Neonatal Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Entry Level Neonatal Nurse to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho. This role is ideal for recent nursing graduates or those with limited neonatal experience who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
• Monitor and assess infants’ health conditions and communicate observations to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for neonatal patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate and support families regarding their newborn's condition and care needs.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards to ensure a safe care environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN preferred).
• Valid nursing license eligible to practice in Idaho.
• Strong interest in neonatal care and willingness to learn specialized skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment with empathy and professionalism.
• Caring, attentive, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
